Crock Pot Shredded Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Salsa (this is the key ingredient, get or make a good one)
  • 1 – 1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 T Chili Powder for heat
  • (optional) 1 can charred or regular Corn, drained
  • (optional) 1 can Green Chilis, drained
  • (optional) handful chopped Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Cut onion
  2. Place all ingredients in slow cooker
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
  4. Shred chicken with forks and mix
