Turkey, Cranberry, Sweet Potato


  • 1.5-2 lb ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bag dried Cranberries
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Creole Seasoning or Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Chop sweet potatoes into small cubes and onion normally
  3. Drizzle potatoes with oil, creole seasoning and pepper in a baking pan
  4. Bake until tender, around 15-20 minutes
  5. Add a small amount of oil to a Dutch oven and sauté the onions briefly
  6. Add ground turkey, creole seasoning and pepper until turkey is done
    1. Drain the liquid if there’s too much, but be sure to leave some
  7. Add cranberries and sweet potatoes until warm
