Baked Pesto Salmon

Ingredients:

  • canned Pesto (or homemade)
  • Salmon fillets

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare squares of aluminum foil for as many salmon fillets as you are baking
  3. Place each fillet on a foil square and spread a layer of pesto on top
  4. Wrap loosely in the foil, but make sure it’s closed
  5. Bake until done, about 30 minutes
  6. Open carefully
