  • 1 lb any Pasta (prefer Spaghetti or Linguine)
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 5-6 T grated Parmesan
  • 1 t Oregano
  • 1 t Seasoning Salt
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • (optional) pancetta, onion, small tomatoes


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  2. Meanwhile, chop garlic and parsley
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. (optional) Fry the pancetta (drain on paper towels) or sauté onions/tomatoes
  5. Add garlic, oregano, seasoning salt and onion powder for 2 minutes, until fragrant
  6. Add 3/4 of the parsley and all of the pasta
  7. Mix in beaten eggs and parmesan
  8. Add more parsley if wanted
