Ingredients:

  • cups Basil leaves, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts or Walnuts
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Tip: Make ahead and store in fridge

  1. Blend basil, nuts, garlic and S/P until finely minced
  2. Slowly add oil until smooth
  3. Mix in cheese and pulse slightly, just to mix
