Pico de Gallo

  • 2 Onions
  • 8 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 large handful Cilantro
  • 1-2 Jalapeños
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt


Tip: Frequently taste and adjust

  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and cilantro
  2. Place in a bowl, reserving a little of everything
  3. For less heat, finely dice 1 jalapeño and remove all membranes/seeds. For more heat, finely dice 2 jalapeños and remove most membranes/seeds
  4. Add to bowl, reserving a little
  5. Slice lime in half and add most of the juice to the bowl
  6. Season with salt
