  • Pasta Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 lb Pasta (Lasagna noodles, Rigatoni, Ziti Or Mostaciolli)
  • 1 (15 oz) tub Ricotta
  • 1 big bag of grated Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 bunch of Parsley


Tip: Make ahead and freeze in pieces

  1. Cook pasta until it is a little harder than al dente
  2. Cook Pasta Sauce
    1. When done, add 1/2 of the parsley and remove about 3-4 cups to cool
  3. Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees
  4. In a separate bowl, mix (not completely) ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg and S/P
  5. Mix in the pasta and cooled tomato sauce
  6. Add half the pasta mixture to a casserole dish
  7. Spoon half remaining sauce on
  8. Add the rest of the pasta
  9. Add the rest of the sauce
  10. Top with more cheese
  11. Bake until bubbling, about 20 minutes
  12. (Optional) Throw it in the broiler for 1-2 minutes for a crispier top
