Overnight Oats


  • 1/2 cup Oats (old fashioned)
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1 T powdered Peanut Butter
  • 5-7 dashes of Cinnamon
  • 3-5 dashes of Nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened, vanilla Almond Milk
  • (optional) 2-3 T regular or vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • (optional) 1 T Honey or Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Banana


Tip: Get 5 ziplock bags (1 for each day of the week) and fill with dry ingredients (oats through nutmeg). Mix and store until night before use. If the oats are too dry in the morning, mix in a splash of water.

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix
  2. Add remaining ingredients except banana and mix
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Cut banana and place on top in the morning
